Objective of FOW
With Wellington values at its core, we aim to strengthen the Wellington College Education China Tianjin (WCECT) community by fostering positive and effective relationships, actively supporting school activities and pupil development, and promoting the continued growth of the Wellington College Tianjin community.

FOW Executive Committee
The FOW Executive Committee serves as the core team of FOW, comprising members spanning the Early Years, Junior School, and Senior School divisions. Parents apply voluntarily, and core members are selected through interviews. The FOW Executive Committee has the opportunity to work closely with our school and the Friends of Wellington to foster the development of our school community, organise and support charitable and community activities, and create more learning and growth opportunities for our children.

Responsibilities of the FOW Executive Committee
· Understand Wellington values, commit to practising them in FoW daily work, and promote these values within the community.
· With Wellington values at its core, we aim to strengthen the WCECT community—including former, current, and future WCECT parents, pupils, and other relevant school personnel—by fostering positive and effective relationships.
· Attending regular FoW Executive Committee meetings and contributing to the development of the Friends of Wellington (FoW) at WCECT.
· Actively participate in and support school activities and pupil development, providing necessary facilities and equipment when required.
· Assist the school in offering pupils more opportunities for community service, career development, and leadership growth.
