Strikes and Parries’ at Wellington College International Tianjin

T-max international fencing club visited the College recently to deliver fencing lessons to the senior students in their P. E. class.

Fencing, also called Olympic fencing, based on the traditional skills of swordsmanship, the modern sport arose at the end of the 19th century. There are three forms of modern fencing: Foil, Epee and Sabre. In the lesson, the students have been shown the basic fencing skills and have tried the fun games that relate to the sport. It not only requests gentle cultivation but also agility and speed. Once you experience fencing, you will fall in love with the sport.
