Hockey Team - The Wellington Wolves
Wellington College International Tianjin has a hockey team called the Wellington Wolves! Although the team is currently small in number, we more than make up for it in team spirit. The boys on the team have been taking part in the ice skating ASA as well as coming out to late evening training sessions nearly every Tuesday night this term. Their dedication to the sport is inspiring and the progress some have made in such a short amount of time is truly outstanding. Our first official game against the Joy City team will take place next Tuesday, June 28th around 9pm at Joy City. A special thanks to Jason Liu, one of our year 12 students who has really been the one pushing the team forward. The team will continue to train after the summer holiday and is always looking for new recruits!
