A Musical Masterclass

Last night saw a stunning concert of classical and contemporary music in the Seldon Theatre, featuring choirs and performers from two Wellingtons - Wellington College International Tianjin and Wellington College. Highlights included Mozart’s Ave Verum, a wonderful virtuoso performance of Ravel’s Piece en Forme de Habanera and two modern pieces; the A Cappella group with a Michael Jackson medley and our own Crystal in Year 7 singing Castle on a Cloud from the musical Les Miserables. This memorable Concert showed the very real links that exist between the two schools and the on-going opportunities for further pupil links with our sister school in the UK. Related Articles
