11 Jan 2016

In Milepost 1 (Years 1 and 2) the children have started the unit ‘Who am I?’ where they have been trying to identify funny pictures of teachers, and also talking about themselves to their new classmates. They have lots of creative activities planned for the rest of the unit where we can learn lots about them!

Milepost 2 (Year 3 and 4) have started to explore the wonderful world of fashion. The focus has been on designing a uniform for an athlete and also researching the history of clothing. We all look forward to a fashion show at the end of the term (teachers included!).

The Milepost 3 students (Year 5 and 6) have been extremely busy building geodesic domes. What initially appeared quite easy turned into an excellent challenge which tested communication and team building skills.
