Halloween Assembly 2011
Wellington College celebrated Halloween this week with a truly amazing array of costumes worn by student , teachers and parents alike. The morning started with the Senior students decorating their House classrooms while Junior students enjoyed Halloween games and activities. The atmosphere around school was wonderful with a really great feeling of community spirit.
The Halloween assembly was held in a packed Seldon Theatre. Each class came on stage to parade in their costumes with three judges selecting two winners from each year group. Mrs. Becko led the whole school in the „Halloween Stomp‟ from the piano. Parents and teachers also had the chance to show off their costumes and perform in character. Creativity is certainly alive and thriving at the College !
