Congratulatory Letter from the Present Duke of Wellington

The present Duke of Wellington, who is 95, sent his best wishes to Wellington College International Tianjin on the occasion of its ground-breaking ceremony. The framed letter will be displayed in the new school building when it formally opens in August 2011.
