This phenomenon is rooted in the fact that most people don’t know much about the career world before they graduate from university.

So, how do we address this problem? One effective way is for pupils to gain an early understanding of various careers so that they can identify their future career paths. In the "Meet with Industry Leaders" series, we will invite experts from different industries to share their career experiences and insights. They will help pupils discover their interests and potential as early as possible, laying a solid foundation for their future career planning. 

In this session, we have invited two remarkable female guests. They possess not only an international educational background but also extensive leadership experience in the field of business management, excelling in their professional areas. They will share with us their captivating career journeys and offer insights into the latest developments and trends in their industries. Additionally, they will provide valuable advice and professional guidance to pupils interested in exploring business management. On the occasion of International Women's Day, they will also share how to balance career and family, sharing their unique perspectives and insights on ‘female leadership’.
