To achieve this, pupils first need a clear understanding of their future career expectations. However, surveys indicate that many people do not experience a high level of occupational happiness. This phenomenon is rooted in the fact that most people don’t know much about the career world before they graduate from university.

So, how do we address this problem? One effective way is for pupils to gain an early understanding of various careers so that they can identify their future career paths. In the "Meet with Industry Leaders" series, we will invite experts from different industries to share their career experiences and insights. They will help pupils discover their interests and potential as early as possible, laying a solid foundation for their future career planning. 

In this session, we have invited Professor Xu, an expert in AI education, to guide us through an in-depth exploration of artificial intelligence and to share the latest industry developments and future trends. For pupils eager to delve into this cutting-edge field, Professor Xu will offer invaluable advice and guidance. Additionally, Ms Elisa Yan, the Edtech Lead at Junior School, will discuss how technology is integrated into daily teaching and learning at Wellington College Tianjin and how we are preparing pupils for the future.
