Wellington College Tianjin Senior School Open Week 2024
Our Class of 2024 graduates have had an exceptional year, with 32% of graduates receiving offers from G5 super-elite universities. Nearly 40% secured places at universities ranked within the top 20 by QS World Rankings, with 50% reaching the top 50. We sincerely invite you to join us for our Open Week at Wellington College Tianjin Senior School from Tuesday to Thursday, 25 June - 27 June.
Pupils will have the opportunity to step into Wellington classrooms, meet with a foreign teacher and explore the charm of Wellington education. A wide range of open classes will be available, covering Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Art, Music, Design & Technology, and Global Perspectives. For parents, not only can you receive a comprehensive understanding of Wellington's curriculum, academic achievements, scholarship programmes, and holistic education, but also you can have all your questions answered by the Head of Schools and the Admissions team.
*The trial classes are subject to the teaching schedule on that day.
In our Senior School, we strive to instil a deep passion for global scientific, linguistic, and cultural heritage in our pupils through our curriculum. Teaching Team Introduction (Partial)
The teachers at Wellington College Tianjin have undergone rigorous professional training in education, and have a wealth of experience in teaching at international schools both in their home countries and overseas. Most importantly, they have embraced the Wellington educational philosophy and values, creatively integrating them into their daily teaching and remaining dedicated to their jobs.
Leo, a graduate of Wellington College Tianjin who studied for seven years at the school, is currently majoring in Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Cambridge. Speaking about his future development and planning, he said in an interview, "I have no fixed route for my development, as every teacher I had was so full of enthusiasm. Their passion deeply infected me, sparking my interest in various subjects and careers."
