Our first topic is positive feedback. Positive feedback is a powerful tool to inspire and motivate learners to keep progressing. However, certain questions arise:
What kind of praise is most effective for your child?
How can you enhance the impact of positive feedback?
What are some ways to give positive feedback aside from verbal praise?
In this episode, Joshua Pearce, a Year 2 Teacher at Wellington College Tianjin, explores the art of positive feedback.
