Meet Our New Teachers!

We are so excited to welcome our new teachers as the new academic year begins. At Wellington, we are confident in developing a culture of excellence. We hold on to our Wellington Values and provide high-quality education and a wonderful learning environment for our pupils and community. This year we have continued to keep a high employee retention rate of teaching staff, and the teaching team at Wellington has an average of 5.5 years of service. As we begin the new school year, we are so excited to welcome these wonderful teachers to our Wellington family!

We have a total of 10 new teachers joining Wellington College Tianjin this year, 8 of whom are from the UK.

We wish our new and existing staff well as they start the new year ahead. I am sure our pupils will thrive under their guidance. The Wellington College Tianjin Team are ready, confident, and excited for the year ahead.
